He only works via a billable task, create one in the PSHK Saas Custo project under the Help & Training stage with the tag PSHK-Help and assign the Tech of the day to it

SH Development
We only make development for customers that have their repository hosted on the odoo-ps organisation and pay maintenance
SAAS to SH Migration
There will be extra LOC as a result make sure you ask for an estimation if the customer cares
The Reports and view changes do not count towards LOC under SAAS but do under SH. Make sure to ask for estimation of additional LOC
