Development

  • Any bug related to a development in production should be reported under the PSHK Maintenance project

Support of the day

  • Never message directly the Tech of the day
  • He only works via a billable task, create one in the PSHK Saas Custo project under the Help & Training stage with the tag PSHK-Help and assign the Tech of the day to it
  • If you have a general question about processes or that is not linked to any project ask in the Discord channel hk-tech

SH Development

  • We only make development for customers that have their repository hosted on the odoo-ps organisation and pay maintenance

SAAS to SH Migration

  • There will be extra LOC as a result make sure you ask for an estimation if the customer cares
  • The Reports and view changes do not count towards LOC under SAAS but do under SH. Make sure to ask for estimation of additional LOC

SH Upgrade

  • Everything is explained here: https://upgrade.odoo.com/upload
  • When your customer posts a ticket if we manage the maintenance of custom code we will be notified and handle it.
