Pre-Requisite

1. Owning a Github Account
2. Added to odoo-ps and part of pshk group on Github
3. Odoo SH Subscription Code

Step by Step

Create a new project on Github under Organization Odoo PS by using the repository pshk-template as the template.
Click on "Use This Template" to then launch into the following page .
The recommended repository name is pshk-{company_name}.

When the repository has been created, head over to Odoo SH and login with your credential. Access to the project home page and click on Create New.

Follow the following setup

Once the main branch is finished built, drag it to the Production section.Create as many stagings as agreed by the client by forking it from "main". Please name at least one of the stagings as "staging"

Setup access of project through settings menu you see on the top of the page

Add the collaborators on who can have access to the SH project

Go to the repository on Github and go to Settings > Collaborators & Teams to add the pshk team on Github with write access.
