Responsibility: Take tasks, choose with priority.

Objective: Read through tech and functional analysis to plan out his developments.

General

TC should always be aware of tasks that are in planning.
Use exporter tool to initialize your module.
Move tasks to development to notify the FC that you are already working on it.
Take your time in reading through the functional and technical analysis and ask questions to task owner or reviewer if anything is missing.

Choosing task

1. Tasks that are important (starred)
2. Tasks where the client has come forward and showing urgency
3. Tasks that are the oldest.

After

When you are working on the task itself, move the stage to "Development".
