Responsibility: Direct Help or Training for a customer.

Objective: Addressing client's issues that does not require any developments.
General
Help & Training is outside the range of the typical development/customization tasks that clients need help on.
Here are some examples of the typical work under this stage:
- Customer decides to do their own development and requires a little help from us.
- An error occurring on the DB. (non-standard errors, errors caused by the client themselves by using studio for example)
- Customer needs help in using/operating around Odoo.sh.
- Customer needs help in report customization.
- Looking into their developed code.
- Help for code review and others for external repositories.
- Performance issues related.
Stage Move
For the tasks listed above, you can directly put the new task in this stage and one of the technical consultants will deal with it directly.
