PS - Technical Process

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

As Odoo is growing very really rapidly we need more techs as you all know. Therefore the Support at ps tech is currently overwhelmed. Therefore we ask you not to contact the support for any question that are not technical, and/or that can be answered by a fellow BA. A tech that has to spend 30 min to answer a functional standard question is not working on saas custo, therefore customers become unhappy because they don't get the estimate for their dev. There can be sometimes 2 full day where not a single estimation is made. We are working really hard to solve this issue, but we need your help in the mean time to keep things going well. Thank you all.

Technical question

The functional consultant can come to the presales team for technical questions. There are 2 main cases

Question for existing customer with pack

In this case it will be timesheeted on their pack, this is NOT a free service. Remember that the tech support (HELP) can help you with most questions and it's free.

Question for existing customer without pack or prospects

If your question concerns a prospect (potential customer) or a customer that no longer has a pack, it needs to be timesheeted on a presales task. If none exist, the functional consultant will create one with the technical consultant. This is a free service.
