This is the place to ask questions for customers that no longer have a pack of for any presales technical question.

Technical question

The functional consultant can come to the presales team for technical questions. There are 2 main cases

Question for existing customer without pack or prospects

If your question concerns a prospect (potential customer) or a customer that no longer has a pack, it needs to be timesheeted on a presales task. If none exist, the functional consultant will create one with the technical consultant. This is a free service.
