The following is a list of changes/patches applied to libvpx as part of obs-deps.

This patch adds the checks and definitions necessary for cross-compilation for Windows-targets.

0002-force-pthread-shim

This patch forces the build system to not look for available an pthreads library if the build target is either 32-bit or 64-bit Windows.
