Greg S went through all the approved proposals and matched them up to a document and the meeting in which they were approved. He also closed out each item for 3.0 Spec, indicating which KMIP 3.0 Spec WD they were incorporated.

KMIP 3.0 Specification
With all the proposal content incorporated into the KMIP 3.0 Spec. the next step is to progress the document from a working draft to committee draft standard.
Greg S will convert the last working draft of the KMIP 3.0 Spec. into the new Committee Draft Standard template that was provided by TC Admin
KMIP 3.0 Usage Guide
Judy is still waiting for the proposal submitters to provide the KMIP 3.0 Usage Guide content
KMIP Comment
During the period between this and our last KMIP TC meeting a comment was submitted to the KMIP Comments List. Greg S forwarded a copy to the KMIP mailing list New External KMIP Comment
Bruce R provided a summary of the comment for the TC. Namely that the submitter appeared to be conflating the JSON Web Token concept and wanted to use the JSON-encoded KMIP Key Block within a signed JWT and was looking for a way to create this special token format and verify the signature on this token. The submitter also noted that he did not want to use the KMIP protocol itself.
The TC agreed that it not in the best interest of either the JWT or KMIP standards bodies to implement/support this specialize token format especially since this does not map to any of the known customer use cases for KMIP.
Co-chairs will craft a polite response to the requestor to note that this usage of the JSON-encoded KMIP Key Block is out of scope of KMIP.
New Business
Bruce R noted that he found some discrepancies in the references to the ANSI X9 elliptic curves in the 3.0 specification but he believe this is not new text and the issue likely exists in prior versions of KMIP.
Bruce R will forward the details of the discrepancies to Greg S who will fix this in the KMIP 3.0 Spec. So there will be one more working draft of the KMIP 3.0 Spec before moving to a committee draft standard.
TC can decided whether to issue an errata for prior KMIP releases at a future date. These curves are not widely supported so issuing an errata just for this issue is unlikely.
