Bruce R moves, Tim C seconds. No objections, abstentions, or comments. Minutes for the May 8, 2025 meeting are approved.

The TC discussed issues that came out of the proposed fixes to the KMIP 3.0 Spec for elliptic curves that were discussed in last week's TC meeting.
Bruce had found that c2pnb176v1 was also being referred to as c2pnb176w1 depending on where you look.
Bruce withdrew his proposed fixes. Tim H agreed.
Judy and Tim H will investigate which is the correct name and OID for the c2pnb176v1 curve and see if enumerations for any other ANSI X9 elliptic curves are missing from the KMIP Spec. Based on the investigation a decision as to whether to do the updates in KMIP v3.0 or defer it to KMIP v3.1 will be made.
The move from working draft to committee draft standard will be discussed at the next meeting.

The topic posted to the KMIP Comments List, New External KMIP Comment, was discussed again along with the response to the requestor.
After further discussion, the TC agreed to go with the response decided on in the last TC meeting.
Co-chairs will craft a polite response to the requestor to note that this usage of the JSON-encoded KMIP Key Block is out of scope of KMIP.
