- Tim C moves, Tim H seconds. No objections, abstentions, or comments. Minutes for the February 27, 2025 meeting are approved.
Interop PQC
- Tim H gave an update on the successful PQC Interop between between Cryptsoft, NetApp and P6R that covered all the post-quantum algorithms and the full set of test cases for them.
- Results of the interop can be found at 2025 PQC Interop Results.
- The site has links to the details of the test cases and references to the TC documents.
- KMIP TC PQC Interoperability Test Process describes how the interop was conducted.
- 2025 PQC Interop background provides additional information about the interop.
- Cryptsoft, NetApp, and P6R posted statements of use against the working drafts and have committed to redo them against the committee specs.
Review of KMIP 3.0 Work List
- Greg reviewed the KMIP 3.0 Work List.
- For Current Proposals:
- Split key references is done per Tim H.
- NIST PQC Identifiers were done in the latest update.
- For Pending Proposals:
- Other System Objects - deferred to 3.1 per Tim H.
- LMS and XMSS Signatures - Tim H will work on the proposals. If they are not finished in the next two weeks, they will be deferred to 3.1.
- Hash then Sign - Some discussion re this in the meeting, noted that this was a question but now being handled in work around integrating the different PQC algorithms.

KMIP 3.0 Status Update
KMIP 3.0 Profiles/Test Cases
- Tim H is working on update to list the new PQC test cases.
- The profiles have already been updated for PQC.
KMIP 3.0 Specification
- There were no updates on the spec.
KMIP 3.0 Usage Guide
- Tim H is working on usage guide material for Judy.
New Business
Using GitHub Issues and Projects
- PKCS#11 is going to trial GitHub Issues and Projects based on how OpenSSL is using them for project management.

- Tim H said that he would work with the co-chairs on a propopsal for how the KMIP TC could use them to replace the current wiki page used for project management.
ICMC
- Tony C will be incorporating the Interop PQC results and statements of use into his presentation at ICMC.
