What is a Kalimba?

A kalimba (otherwise known as the mbira) is an African instrument consisting of a hollow, wooden box with several metal tines corresponding to common musical tones attached to it. One plucks the tines in order to play notes.

Reasoning

Why make this?

To my knowledge, there does not exist a free (Libre) app for creating, playing, saving, exporting, and sharing kalimba tablatures. To be completely honest, I started creating this app for two reasons:

1. I wanted to learn ReactJS
2. I was annoyed that KTabs (the usually recommended tablature creating software) cost 15 dollars just to save your songs

In short, I made this app out of spite for KTabs.
