• numba#9722 - optional type in if x is not None branch is still optional
• numba#9723 - we need native progress bar for numba @numba.jit for loop. like python tqdm library
• numba#9724 - python kernel keeps crashed
• numba#9725 - ValueError raised by arviz tests with numba 0.60.0 and 0.59.1 (regression from 0.58.1)
• llvmlite#1078 - Access Violation on Windows with new PassManager
  • esc will attempt to reproduce outside of CI environment
  • Graham to try reproducing on local Windows machine
