yum swap openstack-tripleo-heat-templates openstack-tripleo-heat-templates-8.3.1-54.el7ost

2. The RHEL 7.6 Overcloud Qcow2, please download following images:

yum install rhosp-director-images-13.0-20190627.1.el7ost rhosp-director-images-ipa-13.0-20190627.1.el7ost
