Initial Setup

Before running the program the following is needed

 1. Program and files supplied
 2. Song book data files containing song number and titles used in songbook
 3. Song book search files containing song titles and first lines and song numbers

Initial run of program

 1. Program will check for profile - since no profile will begin initial set up
 2. Program will initialize database and begin imports
       1. Import liturgical events
       2. Import known songbooks and their abbreviations
       3. Import initial suggestions
 3. Welcome to Program Initial setup
 4. Please Enter Name of Parish and optionally address
 5. Select Songbook(s) in Use by parish, program to import songbook data files with user assist
 6. Optionally Set up initial templates
      1. weekend Masses
      2. Holy Days
      3. Christmas and Easter - events with vigil masses
