Maintenance tasks calendar

Need to see if this can be done on a Google calendar / task or not. Desire to set up a maintenance calendar for tasks similar to the USN for use. Use for scheduling things like altar linens, filter changing, watering plants and such where the date is scheduled for the task and if not done forwarded to the next day or "slot". With priority setting to ramp up as the task is delayed using a rule set depending on the type and 'severity' of the task. Watering plants ramps up quickly but deep cleaning the kitchen a lot slower to ramp up.
