Information Updates/Reminders

• Over the course of the next 8 weeks, we are going to work on a social media project.
• Everyone on the team should start to learn about how to use Git, GitHub Wiki’s, Trello & Slack.

Decisions Needed

• The programming language that the team will use in the project.
• The framework that the team will use in the project.

General Items

1. A workspace in Slack has to be created as the official communications platform. A team member will create and invite the other members through their email addresses. We will aim to discuss the most important features & their implementation here.
2. A Trello board has to be created for the team to assign & track the team members’ responsibilities. A team member will create the team & invite other members through their email addresses.
3. A GitHub workspace has to be created for this project. A team member will create a repository & invite the rest of the team members. A GitHub Wiki section will also have to be created to record documents related to the project.
4. Three team members will each research coding standards. 1.Two team members will each research Documentation Tools with a brief summary of the usage, advantages, and disadvantages for source code-level documentation.
