Until this day after I had seen a Youtube video about an new framework for developing Android applications I showed it to my friends. We together made some research to determine what would be needed to make an android application for Epoka Dormitory. The new framework name was FLUTTER and as I knew it a new, powerful and very useful tool for any kind of android application. Flutter seemed very easy and me and Kristjan suggested the idea of building an application for Epoka Dormitory.

As a group we decided firstly to finish up the web application of the Epoka Dormitory and then if we had time to build the application. As we decided with the team leader he suggested working on Symfony. I watched some of the tutorials the tema leader gave us about symphony. It took a lot of time to configure and make it work. I started learning some of the tutorials.

This week we were divided by the team leader into groups. I was in a group with Kristjan and our branch was Security of the dormitory. We had to figure out the best way and the best library to use for the project as we did. We researched a lot about different things and decided for OpenCV. We tried some examples an it looked pretty straightforward. We still have things to fix in our code but that is all for this week.
1 April 2018
This week as last week I continued with the OpenCV that we found mos appropriate to use in our project. AFter finding some sample codes for face recognition , face comparison and saving them to database I discussed with Kristjan and other members of the group. I checked the codes same as Kristjan did and fixed them for our purpose. Also I dealt with the merging the codes to one so that the first part of the project was finished. Also I have to mention that filling the Specification Requirements was a challenge as there was a lot to write and to structure. So during this week I also filled my part at the Product Specifications paper and also I desinged my model of database as i thought it. Also during the week I followed some tutorials on Symfony and I think i will finish them by tomorrow and we will be ready to start coding our project after discussing with other members.

This week I was focused in tutorials about Symfony and i finished them.
I'm ready now for the work we will take on Tuesday.
I also wrote some non-functional requirements of the project.

This week I was focused in tutorials about designing my dashboard that will be the page of the technical staff. As we have mentioned in meeting reports we have started coding the web-page according to the sketches. Also I dealt with the user-scenarios and diagram and use-cases as the work was divided for each of the member. I also have designed the web-page as i thought it would be more user friendly. Actually i have written some part of the code but i haven uploaded it yet.

This week after the midterms I dealt with Symfony and started coding my page that is related with Technical Problems in Symfony. With the help of Nail and Kristjan i have started fixing my own part of the project. Wiht Kristjan assistance I cloned the EDMS project form Bitbucket. During this process i learned some of the Git commands and together with Kristjan we fixed some issues in my laptop related with Git. There are minor things to fix and some functionalities to add according to sketches and description.

I dealt with Symfony and continued coding my page that is related with Technical Problems in Symfony. I also dealt with Diagrams and helped other members of the group.

I did some changes to the web-page modifying some of Tech Problem interfaces. I have faced some problems during the implementation but hopefully i fixed them. There is a little work to do and we are optimistic that we will finish it by the end of semester

During these days i modified the code and also dealt with the last diagrams we have to deliver. I also modified some things in the final documents. Also We had a meeting report on 23 May where we divided the work for this final week.

Adding the final touches to the most spectacular project ever . Also preparing the final document organizing and reviewing it.
