Wherein I list the outstanding documentation issues I haven't completed yet...

• Add favicon?
• Adjust theme to allow more depth in the table of contents sidebar.

• In this section, the link in bullet 10 doesn't resolve properly on RTD, probably since HTML has to be used instead of Markdown to render the list with a different starting number.

• ArrayNormalization: Indenting code to be under the bullets is buggy on RTD. Just have to leave it un-indented for now.
• CommandLinesClassification, CommandLinesClustering, CommandLinesFileComps, and CommandLinesGOElite have to be written!
• CommandLinesWorkflows: List of flags to be added?
• Heatmaps: First link is broken.
