1: Navigate in the tree to Graphic Banks...Graphics Bank 1...Assets as shown:

The Tileset drop-down determines which tileset you see.

2: In the blank drop-down, select a "Null - Walkable 0" tile type and call it "Ground". Click on the tileset which tile you want to represent Ground.

In the example below, I had to go back to Pixel Editor and create a new ground of the light color.

2.A: Click "Save NEW" to create a new Ground Tile which should then show up under the "Assets" tree on the left pane.

2.B: Continue to create assets as needed and as shown below. Be careful about overwriting existing Assets and your bitmaps as it is very easy to do accidentally. If the button says "UPDATE" then you are changing an existing Asset. Click on the "Assets" title on the left pane to go back to creating new assets. Assets can be made bigger using the Width and Height drop downs on the panel as shown:
