Creation of Telegram Bot - notun/sanctioned GitHub Wiki

A Telegram bot has been registered, t.me/sanctionedbot, but lacks the code necessary to record claims. However, there is a working proof of concept at t.me/sanctionedio, which uses IFTTT and Google Spreadsheets to record claims, available at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1jDX9kNLK3G_4r8zspzIvPDTtvgaIyp-xwKJM4-vRMY8/edit. Currently, recorded claims must be transferred into the class action template by a user.
