• Absolutely Not for profit - and always will be
• Transparent remuneration structure
• Flat remuneration structure
• Flat hierarchy
• Zero nepotism (hmmm, tricky)
• Focus on employee wellbeing
• Every product or process document is entirely open source (and GPL)

  Should make hiring people who adhere to our company principles and policies a breeze

• Make a serious effort to hold on to employees at (almost) any cost
• Employee benefits are entirely tailored based on need (not sure how to do this)
