Each committee member has their own .md file matching there name. This is done in case multiple people have for the same position in a slate. The files are located at content/committee/name.md.

Page settings

Each file has a series of properties that can be updated to match the position being filled. These should be updated as appropriate.

The document will be auto-populated with the correct weights for each position. These control where on the page the profile is placed, and the weight property should be updated accordingly. For reference, the currently correct values are:

1. TD
2. Treasurer
3. Productions
4. Communications
5. Members
6. Logistics
7. Health & Safety
8. IT/Lighting/Sound etc

Bio

By default the bio is the weight values. This should be deleted and updated with a few lines about the person the page is for. It shouldn't be too long as it will appear on the page. An example can be found here.

Draft

Once you are happy with everything and have checked with the profile owner, you can go ahead and mark it as not a draft. At this point, the automated build will add the page to the main website hosting.
