NOTTECH is both an ICT consulting firm and the provider of mentorship programs and Talent for ICT projects. Under our mentorship program, we bring together Industry Experts and Aspiring tech engineers to learn and grow together. Our operations are 100% remote giving us the flexibility to work with experts and fellows from different locations.

• Mentors:
  • These are the expert members of the LAB, they work as technical consultants to all our mentees and other company activities.
• Fellows:
  • Anyone who joins the Lab to level up his/her skills in tech is referred to as a fellow. Fellows get an opportunity to learn and practice professional tech skills. The LAb provides them with the platform, resources and the support they need plus much more.

Depending on demands and availability of opportunities we receive new applicants to join as fellows for an opportunity to learn. Through our application processes, we get to pick the best candidates who are passionate about learning and growing in skills. We then engage them in our activities while providing them with a platform and resources for them to grow their professional skills.
