Integration with NeoID could eliminate any possibility for a system like Chain Line to be used for illicit purposes. Although this chance is already low -- it is not possible to know which courier you will be matched with, and there is no obligation for them to deliver an item (other than the presence of a reserved deposit) -- the addition of knowledge of a user's "real identity" would really help to increase an average person's confidence in the system.
