Proposal:

The objective of the Recipe site is to help the user manage recipes in a way that will make them easyto follow.(Some) User Stories:

• User can add a recipe containing the recipe title, meal type (breakfast, lunch, supper, or snack), number of people it serves, its difficulty level (beginner, intermediate, advanced), the list of ingredients (including theiramounts), and the preparation steps.
• User can click a recipe title to edit the current recipe card with a new recipe.
• User can see a list of recipe titles.
• User can see a photo showing what the item looks like after it has been prepared.
• User can see a list of recipes matching a search query.
• User can click the name of the recipe to display its recipe card.
• User can see a warning message if no matching recipe was found.•User can create an account and have all the recipes saved in is dashboard.

Our Approach:

• Turn the CookBook concept into a social web application.
• Recipes will be seen as a post, that could be shared and liked.
• The application will be designed to resemble food and everything related to it.
• Tag mechanism for recipes, to ease up the search algorithm.
• Make the experience as personalized as possible.
• Focus the content of recipes.
• Implement social media mechanism, such as: profile picture, bios ...
