We'll keep a list of questionable functionality here. We're not sure why it's still around and we're guessing that it's outlived its usefulness...

• uvm_copy_map and usage in uvm_object::copy() and uvm_object::compare()
• remove 'recurse=1' arg to set_object_local/set_string_local/set_object_local
• remove the various forms of cycle checking
• remove size arg from uvm_printer::print_array_footer
