• identity- same with crowd funding - definition of "who we are"
• logo concept - Nil "zero" with a coat pf arms - does it fit the identity we defined/what content on the coat of arms is better - or we should wait till we figured the identity is determined
• determine color palette (other than blue, need white & neutral color like grey, or another color scheme of contrast and font (also need reference to identity)
• prepare for a style-guide
• define targeting audience - determine the members demographics. e.g: do we want parents to bring kids for workshops???
