why do we named it Atomic? because we think its a good metaphor!
Any Molecule or as we call it Atomic is cosists of Atoms and these Atomics will effect each other by interactions

gather bunch of Atomics together and you can form a more complex substances and so on!

now lets look it this way:

• Atomic <-> Class
• Atom <-> Field
• interaction <-> Method
• ...

no more and no less
