The Veteran Intercessor Squad datasheet was created by combining the weapon options from the Intercessor Squad and Assault Intercessor Squad datasheets, with the following changes:

• Leadership increased from 6 => 7, using Tactical Squad => Company Veterans as a precedent
• PL Increased by from 6/12 => 7/14, using Tactical Squad => Company Veterans as a precedent
• Attacks for the Close Combat Weapons increased from User => x3, using Tactical Squad => Company Veterans as a precedent
• Attacks for the Chainswords improved from x3 to x4, using Company Veterans => Vanguard Veterans as a precedent
• SAP/SAT for the Chainswords improved from 7+/9+ to 6+/8+, using Company Veterans => Vanguard Veterans as a precedent
  • This change is a little debatable. The improvement for Vanguard Veterans may be intended to represent the Vanguard Veteran's additional wargear options in 9e, which Veteran Intercessors do not have access to. We decided to err on the side of consistency. shrug
