There are some important decisions in the process of opening the Nooron code up.

As of 2019-03-22 Shawn is liking the GPL3 & Linux DCO combination for Nooron, in his name.

DCO's are typicaly engaged by contributors in their commit comments. Some clarification of the techniques involved is needed.
