Data Collection and Storage

This app may collect usage data only when the app is opened. Any usage data collected are pre-consented by the IRB-compliant consent form that the participants are given to in person during the consent process.

Data Use and Sharing

Data collected from the app are used to track participant's compliance to the remote notifications and compliance of completing the survey. Data will not be shared with any entity besides the researchers within the Measurement Corps of Johns Hopkins University.

Health and Health Research

This application does not pose any non-trivial health risks or benefits. This application is used as a medium for research on the prostatectomy patients through collecting their Quality of Life survey data.

Kids

This application is only distributed to the consenting adult prostatectomy participants.

Location Services

This application does not use location services.
