How total count of lodging structures from LTS is composed

There might be a numerical gap between total count of lodging structures in ASTAT and the Open Data Hub.

This is because Open Data Hub gets this data from the TIC-Web and there are a few flags which can reduce the total count.

• TIC-Web sends a flag "active" for lodging structures. Only structures with filter "active=true" are available
• There is another filter called "odhactive" which matches the the property "active on suedtirol.info" in Ticweb. suedtirol.info only shows them

Open data

• Ticweb additionally has a property named "RepresentationRestriction". By a rule of LTS, only if this property is set and active=true, the data can be published as Open Data. But there is no such filter in ODH as this is already done in the sync.
