Alternatives: copy, copyWithin. Similar: copy, fill.

// x: target iterable
// y: source iterable
// j: write index [0]
// i: read start index [0]
// I: read end index [END]

const xiterable = require('extra-iterable');

var x = [1, 2, 3, 4, 5];
var y = [10, 20, 30];
[...xiterable.copy(x, y)];
// → [10, 20, 30, 4, 5]

[...xiterable.copy(x, y, 1)];
// → [1, 10, 20, 30, 5]

[...xiterable.copy(x, y, 1, 1)];
// → [1, 20, 30, 4, 5]

[...xiterable.copy(x, y, 1, 1, 2)];
// → [1, 20, 3, 4, 5]
