Better Grindstone is a mod that aims to make grindstone much more useful in survival.

Repair Mechanics

Grindstone got a new mechanic. Sneak and interact with the grindstone while holding a damaged weapon (sword or an axe) to repair it. Item can be repaired up to 33% of it's max durability, but not any higher. This does not consume any resources and compatible with most swords/axes from other mods. It is possible to repair other tools if the corresponding gamerule is enabled.

Game Rules

grindstoneRepairTools is the only new gamerule. It can be used if you want to be able to repair any item that has durability (pickaxes, armor, hoe and etc). By default it's set to False.
