The MoMA project consists of two parts:
- MoMA preprocessing: Python tool to preprocess raw OME-TIFF image data recorded during Mother machine experiments to split the images into individual growthlanes, which are process by MoMA.
- MoMA: Java application to track and segment bacteria in growing in individual growthlanes of the Mother machine.
These two parts are available as Docker containers. They can be easily setup by following the instructions in these two Github repositories:
