Overview

The resources tab is a database of campus services. Services include things like 5Sure, the SARA Office, the Title IX office, CAPS, various community-specific resources, and more. Each resource includes a description of the service, a link to their website, an email address, and a phone number to call or text. These are all readily available to any user and will be updated as Stanford offerings change and new services are created. In addition to campus-wide resources, our resources tab gives you quick access to your personal resources, such as your dorm staff and your peers based on the communities that you are in. This gives students access to their peers simply by joining a community. We also provide an easy to use search bar that allows users to find their resource faster, rather than scrolling through all the available resources.

Front-End

This page allows users to scroll through the various contacts offered to them. We divided this into 3 sections: Campus Resources, which includes resources such as CAPS, 5-SURE, Title-IX, SARA, WCC, the Department of Public Safety, ResEd, OAPE, and more. These are visible to any user regardless of what community they are in. Next, we have the personalized contacts, which includes their community admins (typically student staff or organization leadership) and peers. For each of these contacts, we provide built-in call, text, and email functionality. Additionally, we allow users to view more information about the organization or resource where it is relevant.

We also built out search functionality that allows users to filter based on their own search criteria.

This page can pull contact information for a specific user based on what communities they are part of.
