The TDT Settings window enables users to configure parameters for communication with neurophysiological recording hardware and software from Tucker Davis Technologies (TDT). Both the older OpenEx and the newer Synapse software from TDT can be controlled over ethernet connection via UDP. This can achieved from Matlab using the pnet.m function provided with PsychToolbox. Additionally, TDT provides .mex files for the Synapse API.
