Getting Started

Notarization gives users more confidence that the Developer ID-signed distributed software has been checked by Apple for malicious components. Notarization is not App Review.

The notarized application can be downloaded from the release by click on GithubNotifications.app.zip.

Unzip the GithubNotifications.app.zip file and this message will show up when the application is opened for the first time. The Open button shows that the application is notarized.

Then the application can be started on any machine.

All release versions can also be downloaded from the repository's releases.
