I've collected over 50 receipts of various supermarket purchases. As a good person I've kept the receipts in order to use them for good.

I want to transform these receipts into insights into my consumption behavior. I will start by adding as images to this repository all receipts since 29 November 2014. In each receipt there are types of products (such as oranges) for which I want to determine the best price. I will parse each receipt by hand and store them in a format similar to this one:

• name
• place
• date and time
• total
• currency
• items
