Description of the "Store" function for literature

The store offers two different modes, one simple mode and one advanced mode. Before a store is created, you have to choose a mode.

• The Simple Mode is currently unavailable
  

• With Advanced Mode you can define yourself which publications can be submitted in the shift report and how many of them are in stock. This will allow you to determine exactly how well which publications and languages are running and have more options for optimizing your inventory.
  

To add a publication, click on the button to show all available publications.

1. Choose the desired publications that are available for your project, using the checkboxes.
2. Click on a publication to manage the languages in which it is in stock.

Each team leader or replacement team leader is requested to submit a shift report at the end of the shift end time. > see shift report. The team leader records all submitted publications. The inventory is reduced by the amount of the published publications. A participant with the project authorization Literature servant and shift supervisor thus recognizes the need for literature for the depot.
