With a desktop PC or tablet, the appointments are displayed in a 7 day calendar Monday through Sunday. With a smartphone, the appointments are displayed one below the other. The calendar view can be displayed in two ways, and there are two eye icons in the menu:
- Crossed eye icon: Only the start and end times of the shifts are shown.
- Open eye icon: The start and end times of shifts and all teams with participants are displayed.
With the arrows left or right you change the week up or down. In the middle drop-down menu, the current week is displayed and you can switch directly to a desired week.
The right-hand drop-down menu allows tags to be hidden or hidden. The "open eye" icon stands for "show shifts of this tag", the "crossed eye" icon stands for "hide shifts of this tag". If multiple tags are displayed at the same time, the name of the tag to which the shift belongs is displayed within the shift.

The shifts can be edited Live in the "Shifts" page via the wrench symbol. Existing shifts can be edited and you can add another shift with the blue plus symbol.
For regularly repeating shifts, a template week is created in each day. This serves as a template for creating a shift per week.
In the drop-down menu of the weekly ad you can create a "New week" in the last line. Using a monthly calendar, select the desired week and template week. All shifts of this template week are created.
