With JW Management you usually only need a single account for several projects. An administrator of a project can add an existing user or create a new user and invite him with an invitation email

An administrator can create a user in the administration area, a detailed description can be found in the area Administration functions / Users.

Each invitation email contains a personalized link from the publisher. This allows the publisher to log in and is recognized correctly by the system.
❗An invitation email should never be forwarded by the publisher.

If the publisher follows the link of the invitation email, he will be asked to set up a username and password.
‼Please do not use the e-mail address as username‼️

After successful registration, a welcome guide explains the main functions of the participant. See the section User Functions / Overview
