My name is Nikky Hwang, I am a recent graduate of Eastern Washington University. I majored in Visual Communication Design with a minor in 3D Animation. I also obtained the User Experience Certificate while attending the University. I am very passionate to learn and pursue a career in UX/UI and Web Development as my long term goal. Currently, I am a freelancer trying to pick up as many projects I can handle and work on gaining more experience. I am also seeking for an internship that will help me in the future if I decide to work for a company. One thing I like to keep in mind is creating a strong relationship. Whether it is professional or personal, I enjoy meeting new people and love to share stories. Listening is one my many strengths and love to be there to lend an ear if people need someone to talk to. Hearing peoples stories is way to view the world in a different perspective. A little about myself is that I enjoy the nature and outdoors. The plus side about being outdoors is I can enjoy my hobby of capturing images of the landscape. If I am not out on trails, you can catch me at new restaurants because I am a big eater and love to socialize with people. When it comes to how I work, I like to keep my space clean and have everything simple yet flows with how I get my work done. Working alone helps me get in the zone and keeps me focused while at work. Yet, having a team also plays out nice because sharing ideas and solving problems together is a plus. I strive to be the best I can when it comes to my profession, I will always give you 110%.
