printout of data page for planet numerical integration
write first two records of output ephemeris tape
updated feb. 1980 kcl: ptcon added

iparp= number of partial derivatives on output tape + 1
if iparp=1, no partials on tape
iparp calculated in subroutine setup from values of kp(1-30)
the meaning of the partials j=2,iparp is given by kp(1-30).
klan = 0  for earth-moon barycenter integration
klan = 1,...u_mxpl  for planet integration,indicating that record klan+4
of iplcon data set and arrays with second dimension
klan from /namtim/ and /empcnd/ were used in putting
data into /petuna/
