MTG Companion allow you to create binder tag for you binders collection :

Run the tool

File / Binder Tag editor

then type the size :

Create your binder tag

Double click on set to add it to the stack

You can remove it by double click on the bottom panel

then click on to render

add a MTG header

manage space between set

border the tag

save as PNG file
