Control Panel not changing Scoreboard overlay.

ensure that the "Local File" check box in the properties for the browser_source is NOT checked.
select and copy the full path to browser_source.html from the properties window
uncheck the "Local File" checkbox
paste back in the path to browser_source.html
click "OK"

Scoreboard size and image placement is incorrect

verify that the properties for the browser source have the width and height set to be 1920x1080.
