Starting VoxelGlobe

After installing Voxel Globe, start the VoxelGlobe server by

./just start

Connecting Client to VoxelGlobe

Once all the services have started, open a web browser to https://localhost/. Unless you have added a custom signed certificate, you should see a warning message from your web browser.

This is a normal warning for the unsigned certificate used. Click “Advanced" and scroll down and click the “Add Exception…” button, check “Permanently store this exception,” if you can, and then “Confirm Security Exception”.

Logging in to VoxelGlobe

The link https://localhost/ (with the default username vip and password vip) will automatically route you to a login page. All content on VoxelGlobe is SSL encrypted and password protected, including your session information and images.

While the default username and password are vip, the logins can be changed.

##Main Page

Once you log in, you will arrive at the VoxelGlobe Home page.

The images/home_button.png icon in the upper left hand corner will always return you to the Home page. On the top right, you will see your username. Clicking your username will allow you to change the password you would like to use instead of the supplied password or log out, which will end your session and you will have to log in again before accessing anything. The rest of the links access the different applications.
