Compensated Phase History Data (CPHD) - ngageoint/six-library GitHub Wiki

The Compensated Phase History Data (CPHD) structure is designed for the storage and transmission of the compensated PHD signal arrays and the metadata that describe them. The data structure supports both monostatic and bistatic SAR PHD. The CPHD product provides a sensor independent interface between SAR sensors and the data processing systems that form the SAR image products.
The structure is designed to enable the PHD from a robust set of SAR sensors to be processed by applications that are developed independent of the SAR sensor that performs the collection. The structure is designed to accommodate the SAR signal data produced from conventional as well as advanced SAR sensors. The CPHD product supports both monostatic and bistatic SAR PHD. The product supports all SAR imaging collection modes including spotlight mode and stripmap mode.
