Scenario 1
- Mark out liquidity lines (bsl/ssl) (hh/ll) before NY Open.
- If price shoots straight to a liquidity line at NY Open
- Confirm the liquidity run with SMT.
- Use NQ and ES for SMT comparison, look for a divergence.
- One will trend flat or in a direction, the other will fail to do the same thing.
- Look for your entry Model.
- In this case he uses 2022 entry model.
- After the bsl raid, look for retracement and OTE.
- Close the position at 10:30.
- You'll be able to capture bigger moves by closing your position at this time.
- The high/low of the day is commonly formed around 10:30.
Scenario 2
- Identify the liquidity grab that's happened before 09:30 Open.
- A raid on liquidity has happened before NY Open in this case.
- Confirm with SMT divergence. NQ and ES
- Identify the 2022 Model.
- An untapped FVG should be left that will get tagged at the NY Open.
- Enter on the FVG once it's tagged after open and exit at 10:30.
- Note price may reach external liquidity before 10:30.
Scenario 3
- Liquidity runs with No SMT Divergence confirmation.
- Liquidity has been raided.
- But there are no correlated assets showing SMT divergence.
- Liquidity has been raided.
- No trades should be taken if this is found.
