From the main window, in the data tab, click on Browse to locate the file you want to open, just click on any file belonging to the dataset.

The program expects a series of files with a progressive number within the filename and automatically reads the first and last index number. You can change those numbers, for example to start the processing on a smaller dataset. Click on Load data to load the selected images.

From the Data tab, it is furthermore possible to mirror, rotate or crop the images. After choosing one of this operation, click again on the Load data button to update the dataset.
